Friday, Nov. 1(Instead of Th., Oct. 31) @ 11:30AM (Chair/Mat Yoga at Fellowship Hall)


Saturday, Nov. 2; No Yoga

Sunday, Nov. 3 @ 5PM at BUMC

Dinner club

Our next dinner outing will be on this Wednesday, Oct. 30 at Co Co Cabana at 4073 La Vista Road, Tucker, GA 30084; phone #:770-723-0331.  
We can car pool from the Church's parking lot around 7:10PM.
  Family members and friends are welcome.
I will make reservation the day before; please let me know if you would like to go

Reminders

Thursday, Oct. 31 Chair/Mat Yoga will be on Friday, Nov. 1.   Place and time remain the same:  11:30AM at the Fellowship Hall of BUMC

Saturday, Nov. 2 yoga is cancelled and make up day is Sunday, Nov. 3 at 5PM at the top floor of BUMC

No yoga from Sunday, Nov. 24 through Sat., Nov. 30.

Lunch Club
Our lunch outing will be this Thursday, Oct. 17 after yoga at Mediterranean Bakery and Restaurant at 3362 Chamblee Tucker Road, Chamblee, GA 30341; phone #:770-220-0706.

If you attend yoga on that day, we will leave after we finish our yoga and we can car pool.  If you don't attend yoga, but would like to car pool, join us at the main parking lot of the church around 12:30PM.

  Friends and family members are welcome to join us.

Ice Cream Party

Please join my family and I at our home on Saturday,October 12 at 3PM for an ice cream social.
Please let me know if you would like to attend.  Please feel free to bring friends and family members with you.  Also, if you like, bring your favorite ice cream or topping.

Donations 

Thank you for your donations.  As a group we donated $135.00 cash and two yoga baskets to Murphy-Harpst Children's Center.
