Please note that I will attend a training from Friday through Sunday.  I don't have enough participants for Saturday to justify a substitue, but on Sunday, Prachi will sub for me.

Hello,  I am back from a lovely vacation and am looking forward to practicing yoga with you.   I hope you had a positive experience with my yoga substitutes.  

I hope to see you this weekend on Sat. for our 9:30AM yoga and on Sunday for our 5PM yoga.

I have 5 persons who have committed to Chair Yoga on Wednesdays from 10:30 to 11:30AM.   I wonder if you or anyone you know might be interested in joining this group.  I would like to have 10 participants so I can start this on June 12.
