Dinner Club

As of now, it will be 8 of us to have dinner at Stone Bowl, 5953 Buford Hwy., NE., Atlanta, GA 30340; 678-530-0844.   If you are planning to go, but haven't informed me, please let  me know.   I will make a reservation on Wed. morning.   The date is Wed., Dec. 19 around 7:20PM.  The food is great. 

I hope you are taking care of yourself really well.  When we care for ourselves, we will be able to care for others too.

The Lunch Club will meet on Tuesday, December 11 at the new Cuban restaurant in Tucker: Papi's; 4349 Lawrenceville Hwy., Tucker, GA 30084; 770/414-1335.  We will meet there around 12 noon.   Please let me know if you plan to go so I can make a reservation.


Dinner Club

If you attend yoga regularly but will have to miss your yoga, please send me an email ahead of time.   I understand this time of the year we have much to do.  It helps me plan our yoga practice.   Thank you.
