Hello,   I hope you had a lovely weekend.   It is that time of the year with much to do and ironically just when we need yoga we have so little time to devote to it.   Please find time to take care of yourself because you will get things done more efficiently while you enjoy doing them.  

Having said that, I hope to see you this week for yoga:

We will have yoga on Saturday, Dec. 31 at 9:30AM at BUMC to end 2011 and greet 2012 in a healthy way.

Remember to ask for yoga for your holiday gifts.  You may also consider giving yoga to others.   Let me know and I will provide the gift certificates.

Week of Thanksgiving

Tuesday, Nov. 22 at 10:30AM at BUMC at the Fellowship Hall.   To get to the Fellowship Hall at BUMC, pass the playground on your left and immediately, turn left and immediately turn to left again to face a red door which will be unlocked.

Wednesday, Nov. 23 at 6PM at BUMC at the Fellowship Hall.   See directions above.

Saturday, Nov. 26 at 9:30AM at BUMC at the Old Fellowship Hall which is our previous yoga room.   To get to this room, pass the playground on your left, continue to the end of the property and turn left to go down a narrow driveway.   On your right there will be a small patio and on your left a large green door which the door to the room we will use.

Sunday, Nov. 27 at OGUMC at 5PM at the Gym.

Hello everyone,

This week, we will practice yoga on:

Tuesday, Nov. 8 at 10:30AM at BUMC
Wednesday, Nov. 9 at 6PM at BUMC
Saturday, Nov. 12 at 9:30AM at BUMC

Sunday, Nov. 13 at 5PM at OGUMC

I have found yoga socks and blocks and straps at very low prices and purchased them in case you would like to have them.   Socks are $4.99 plus tax and the set of two blocks and a strap at $7.99 plus tax.   Let me know if you would like to purchase them.   Socks are normally $10.00 and the sets are usually sold for around $12.00.

Please remember that today exceptionally, we will practice at room 117 at OGUMC.  Enter from the main driveway toward the end of drive way look for a entrance/exit door on your left.  I will have a large sign by the door.
