This week's yoga, tomorrow's lunch and yoga on Dec. 31

Hello,   I hope you had a lovely weekend.   It is that time of the year with much to do and ironically just when we need yoga we have so little time to devote to it.   Please find time to take care of yourself because you will get things done more efficiently while you enjoy doing them.  

Having said that, I hope to see you this week for yoga:

Tuesday, December  13 at 10:30AM BUMC
Wednesday, Dec. 14 at 6PM at BUMC
Saturday, Dec. 17 at 9:30AM at BUMC
and
Sunday, Dec. 18 at 5PM at OGUMC

Our lunch tomorrow will be at Northlake Thai at 3939 LaVista Road, Tucker, GA 30084; 770/938-2223 at 11:50AM.   I just made reservation for 6.  

We will have yoga on Saturday, Dec. 31 at 9:30AM at BUMC to end 2011 and greet 2012 in a healthy way.

Remember to ask for yoga for your holiday gifts.  You may also consider giving yoga to others.   Let me know and I will provide the gift certificates.
