Hello,   I am looking forward to our yoga this week on:

Tuesday, October 16 @ 10:30AM at BUMC
Wednesday, October 17 @ 6PM at BUMC
Saturday, October 20 @ 9:30AM at BUMC
and
Sunday, October 21 @ 5PM at BUMC

November Announcements

I have signed up for a yoga training from Nov. 8 through Nov. 11.  I have secured a sub. for Sunday, Nov. 11.   We will not have yoga on Saturday, Nov. 10 and I ask the Saturday participants to please join the Sunday yoga as a make up day.

I will be going out of town during the week of Thanksgiving.  We won't have yoga on:
Sunday, Nov. 18
Tuesday, Nov. 20

Wednesday, Nov. 21

And
Saturday, Nov. 24
