Hello,   I hope you are doing well and are planning to practice yoga with me this week.  I am looking forward to our yoga this week on:

Wednesday, January 15 at 6 PM at BUMC

Thursday, January 16 at 11:30AM at BUMC at Fellowship Hall (Chair/Mat) Lunch after yoga
Reminder: (next week, instead of Thursday, Jan. 23, we will meet on Friday, Jan. 24 at the same time and place)

Saturday, January 18 at 9:30AM at BUMC

and

Sunday, January 19 at 5PM at BUMC

Lunch Club
