This week's yoga, reminder, Lunch Date


I hope you are doing well.  I am looking forward to our yoga this week on:

Tuesday, April 8@ 10:30AM at Briarcliff United Methodist Church (BUMC)

Wednesday, April 9 @ 6PM at BUMC

Thursday, April 10 @ 11:30AM (Chair/Mat yoga at Fellowship Hall at BUMC); Lunch after yoga

Saturday, April 12 @ 9:30AM at BUMC


Sunday, April 13 @ 5PM at BUMC


I am adding a 10-15 minute meditation at the end of each of our yoga sessions during the second week of each month.  

Participants who prefer to leave
at the end of the one hour practice, may leave as usual.  Participants who like to take 10 to 15 minutes to meditate at the end of yoga, remain and find a comfortable way to sit and practice meditation.

Instead of adding any charges to the additional time we will have, I ask you to support Centering Youth.   It offers yoga to troubled young people who are in jails or shelters. 

I will have a donation basket for you to leave whatever amount you like
to donate to it.  I will make sure your donation will get to Centering Youth.

In April, this new addition will be on:
Sunday, April 6
Tuesday, April 8
Wednesday, April 9
Saturday, April 12

The Thursday yoga format already has meditation built into it.

Lunch Club

Our lunch date has been postponed to Thursday, April 10 at Chai Pani in Decatur after our yoga around 1PM.
