Tuesday, December 19 at 10:30AM at Habersham; (Laura)
Wednesday, December 20 at 6PM at Habersham
Thursday, December 21 at 11:30AM at Habersham; Chair/Mat yoga; Lunch after yoga
Saturday, December 23 at 9:30AM at Habersham
Sunday, December 24 at 5PM at Habersham
Meditation
I will not offer meditation on Wednesday evenings any more since there isn't enough persons participating.
I would be happy to offer meditation when we have at least 5 persons interested.
Lunch and Dinner Club Dates
December Lunch Date: Thursday, Dec. 21 at Freaking Inca in Tucker
Friends and family are welcome to join us.

Remember yoga gift certificates for yourself or others.
Laura will be practicing with you on Tuesday, Dec. 19. I will be back at yoga from Wed., Dec. 20. I miss you all and can't wait to practice with you.
