Meditative walk before yoga on Tuedays
During autumn, as long as it is not raining, I plan to go to Mary Scott park across from BUMC for a quiet meditative walk.  I start around 9:30AM.  I hope you join me.


 Dinner Club Date

  Dinner:  this Wed., Nov. 12 at Mai Thai.  We will leave after yoga and meditation around 7:30PM.
Mai thai is at 4394 Hugh Howell Road, Tucker, GA 30084; 770-493-8002
Please invite friends and family to join us.
Let me know if you plan to go and I will make reservations.

Reminders
