Please join me tomorrow, Tuesday, Oct. 21 for a meditative walk at Mary Scott park across from BUMC.  I will start around 9:25.

Lunch and Dinner Clubs Dates
Please plan on having lunch with your yoga friends on Th., Nov. 6 at Mei Thai in Tucker.   We will leave immediately after yoga around 12:45.  
Please plan on having dinner with your yoga friends on Wed., Nov. 12 at Mei Thai in Tucker.   We will leave immediately after yoga around 7:15PM.
Please invite friends and family to join us.
Let me know if you plan to go and I will make reservations.
