Reminders and notes
Please remember to donate to Our House when you participate in the weekly meditation on Tuesdays. I may have to change to a fee if there isn't enough donations.
I will offer Chair/Mat yoga at Embry Hills library on Tuesdays from 3 to 4PM. The dates are June 18, 25 and July 9 and 16. On July 16 the session will start at 2PM.
I have attached June's calendar for your reference and review.
Please label any item you leave in the yoga room with your name to avoid any confusion.
