Yoga with Mariam at Habersham

Here is a reminder of our yoga sessions:
Tuesday, Nov. 19 at 10:30AM at Habersham; meditation after yoga
Wednesday, Nov. 20 at 6PM at Habersham
Thursday, Nov. 21 at 11:30AM at Habersham
Saturday, Nov. 23 at 9:30AM at Habersham
No yoga on Sunday, Nov. 24 through Saturday, Nov. 30
Lunch Club
Nov. lunch date will be this Th., Nov. 21 at Mediterranean Bakery at
3362 Chamblee Tucker Rd, Atlanta, GA 30341
Please join us even if you are not attending the Thursday session. We will be there around 12:45.
Reminders and notes
I have attached the revised November calendar for your reference and review. Please note that in October, we had 5 Tuesdays, 5 Wednesdays, and 5 Thursdays. I will use these dates as make up days next week during the Thanksgiving Day week. In November, we meet on 3 Tuesdays, 3 Wednesdays and 3 Thursdays.
We will not meet on Sunday, Nov. 24 since Nina who was going to sub for me is going to have knee surgery. The Sunday group agreed to attend on another day to make this day up.
There will be 5 Saturdays in November. We will not meet on Sat., Nov. 30.
Please label any item you leave in the yoga room with your name.
Please make sure your cell phone is completely silent.
