This week's yoga, Dinner club Date, and more

Hello, 
I hope you are doing well and this email will find you in best health and spirit.   As we are getting close to Thanksgiving, I would like to thank you for all your support over these 9 years since I started offering yoga.  I am so fortunate to have every one of you in my life.   I hope my words and actions have shown you how much you mean to me, but I feel privileged to have a little effect on your well being; thank you for being part of my life.  Namaste.


We won't meet for yoga this week and the weekend:


Tuesday, Nov. 25; No Yoga
Wednesday, Nov. 26; No Yoga
Thursday, Nov. 27; No Yoga, Happy Thanksgiving
Saturday, Nov. 29; No Yoga
Sunday, Nov. 30; No Yoga

I am looking forward to practicing yoga with you on the following Dates:

Tuesday, Dec. 2 at 10:30AM at BUMC
Wednesday, Dec. 3 at 6PM at BUMC
Wednesday, Dec. 3 at 11:30AM at the Fellowship Hall Instead of Th., Dec. 4
Saturday, Dec. 6, at 9:30AM at BUMC
Sunday, Dec. 7, at 5PM at BUMC



Optional Meditation during the Second Week of Each Month

  I would like us to donate to Our House.  It provides care and education to homeless children and helps their parents to get to their feet.

Meditative walk before yoga on Tuesdays
As long as it is not raining, I go to Mary Scott park across from BUMC for a quiet meditative walk.  I start around 9:30AM.  I hope you join me.

Reminders
